一次加工

Primary processing takes the steel we receive and makes it ready for the next stage. It is cut to the drawing, holes and weld preparations are finished, and it leaves as a member.

Those members go on to fabrication, structural steel and welding. We look at how they will be assembled, and at the weld preparation, before cutting.

The work is done in the Ashikaga factory. The machine is chosen once the drawing and the quantity are known.
